When some motor manufacturing machinery costing in excess of £1/2 million each did not function correctly due to coding errors then work commenced 24/7 until the problems were resolved.
When more recently a furniture manufacturing company had to resort to using their old standby machines because the new machines failed, we were called in to resolve the situation. A few days later, a very nice ‘Thank you’ letter arrived.

Ten years ago it was my good fortune to persuade Fourth Generation to help me with my computer problems. It was a partnership which went beyond my expectations, both in their technical expertise and breadth of experience. My account was very “small beer” for them but I was never treated as being less than important and my errors were never received with sharply in-drawn breath. In fact, courtesy was their byword.

Over the years the friendly team at Fourth Generation has provided an excellent service to Kall Kwik. They have supplied computers, set up pc and mac networks and been brilliant problem solvers.
A good example was when disaster struck one day having discovered a security dongle was not working. This crucial little piece of technology was vital and without it print production halted. Other suppliers told us that it was ‘Impossible to repair’, ‘Oh that’ll be expensive to replace’ and even ‘That’ll take a week to get a replacement’! Fourth Generation however put up no obstacle, relished the challenge and practically ran to the rescue! They removed, repaired and replaced said dongle in a few hours. Fantastic.
Their positive ‘can-do’ attitude and efficient service has also given our staff confidence to take their personal computers to them for repair. We would not hesitate in recommending Fourth Generation and can confirm that no member of staff is related to any member of the Fourth Generation team.

Fourth Generation Computer Services have supplied us with our PCs, laptops etc for approximately 10 years together with invaluable 24/7 support as and when required. They are a totally professional company lead by Ian Winchester-Fraser with staff who are committed to delivering an excellent service. Whenever we contact them with a problem there is always at least one member of staff ready to assist even if late into an evening or at weekends. A recent occasion was when we were leaving the country for a short holiday. I did not hesitate to leave Fourth Generation Computer Services to deal with the problem who on this occasion managed to rectify the problem by remote access to our computers as our office is approaching 90 miles from theirs. I was then contacted by telephone before reaching the airport to be informed that the problem had been solved.
Their knowledge and advice is invaluable and their care and commitment is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I am a client several times over. I first came into contact with Fourth Generation in 1999 at a previous employer. At that time they provided a range of network and client specific services including out of hours response services. Since then they have become my supplier of choice for network, application and pc projects. No task is too small; no project appears too large. If they do not have the service provision directly then they know the best place to seek it.
The knowledge pool is deep at Fourth Generation – and for the complexity of issues that I throw at them it needs to be! From time to time I have come across others that claim to have the service provision. Many of these are far larger. All have failed to live up to expectation. I expect to be a Fourth Generation customer for many years to come.
